Reservations are valid from the moment that the client information is entered in real time and subject to the terms and conditions of sale and cancellation hereafter:

SECURE ONLINE TRANSACTION

All online transactions are secured using an SSL platform.
At the end of your reservation you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

OPTION / RESERVATION

For reservations made over the Internet only debit/credit cards are accepted and the travel agent must ENTER ONLINE the details of its credit card immediately for the reservation to be effective.

The net amount of the whole accommodation cost reserved with or without breakfast will be debited from the card
(deduction of 4% excl. tax, commission amount agreed with the travel agents).

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be notified by fax or email, the date of reception will determine the cancellation time.

- No charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
- The central reservations office reserves the right to debit from the credit/debit card the equivalent of one night without breakfast if cancellation is made less than 2 days before the arrival date.

In order to avoid having to pay these no show charges, please cancel your reservation with the Central Reservations Office.

No refund of the stay on the initial reservation of one or several nights will be made in the event of cancellation except for medical reasons (compulsory presentation of a medical certificate)

PRICING

The Central Reservations Office is only authorised to debit accommodation and breakfast charges from the agent's credit card.
Any extras and tourist taxes will need to be settled directly with the accommodation provider.

The prices of the Central Reservations Office are identical to those offered by the establishments. The commission system is guaranteed including on promotions offered by central reservations.

The CRI is not responsible for the pricing policy of the accommodation provider; the price applied at the time of reservation will not be subject to any refund.
