In the setting of the Conservatoire du Terroir Provençal, Thierry Balligand invites you to share in inventive cuisine guided by the vegetable garden of the Flambée du Luberon restaurant.
The courses are held on site at the farm in our incoming tourism area in Coutheron (Aix-en-Provence) or in the private rooms of the Mas du Luberon in Venelles.

Private Lesson:from 6 to 8 persons.
The cook will deliver the secrets of his refined cuisine to you, then you will be taught how to care about both cooking and making an artistic presentation of your plate (tasting after the class).
