An antique bastide (farmhouse) in the heart of Aix-en-Provence countryside offers its private park, only 15 minutes from the town centre.
Traditional provencal cooking
Preparation of a three course meal with the help of local provencal recipes. The type of recipes used are simple but well known. In an Italian park each step reveals the rich aromas so well known to the local cuisine.
One can not resist collecting the wild perfumed herbs to prepare the irresistible old fashioned tasty Mediterranean delights.
Diet provencal cooking lessons
Provencal cooking has inspired many people for years, for its abundance, rich flavours, not to mention the dietetical qualities. For this reason, we have prepared dietetical cooking classes which are adapted to our old local recipes, full of flavour, but mixing a dietetical touch, together with olive oil, garlic and the wonderful provençal vegetables.
One day training session-Beginners
10.00 to 15.00 (evening courses possible).
Welcome, setting up in the kitchen around the chef, demonstration or participation in producing a complete Provencal meal, guided tour of the grounds of the Chateau and a meal to sample the food outside weather permitting.
Net group rate: from €85 per person.
Individual rate: from €90 per person.
Annual closing in August.
